Software Installation and Administrative Functions

As a managed client, restrictions may be in place that prohibit the installation of unapproved or non-reviewed applications.

Should you have a need to install a piece of software or perform an administrative function, you can email help@theitexperience.com for assistance however we also provide an option for our team immediately review the change being requested and approve/deny as needed.
  1. To allow our team to review an application or administrative function, proceed with the installation or admin function as normal.
  2. You will be prompted with a window alerting you to the software you are trying to run:

  3. If the application displayed is correct, select "Yes"
  4. A second window is then displayed with a 90 second countdown.

  5. Our team will review the administrative function and if appropriate, approve the change.
  6. Follow the remaining instructions displayed to complete your administrative function.
