Adobe - Download/Install Adobe Acrobat Pro

Adobe Acrobat is licensed per user. Once a license has been provided, you will receive an email from Adobe with instructions on how to register for an Adobe ID using your company email address.

The process for requesting Adobe Acrobat is listed below:
  1. Submit a "Software Request" here - https://theitexperience.com/supportrequest/
  2. Once submitted a member of our client support team will contact you if there is additional information needed to process your request
Once your request has been approved and completed, you can follow the process listed below:
  1. Once the Adobe registration email is received, follow the instructions to create an Adobe ID (if you do not have one already)
    1. Be sure to use your company email address when creating your Adobe ID
  2. Once registered, you can download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro from your Adobe online portal.
    1. If you are having difficulty finding the option to download the application, please review this article - https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html and select "Download Acrobat DC"
  3. Once the application is downloaded, click on the downloaded file to begin the installation
    1. Installation can take upwards of 30 minutes depending on your computer
  4. Once the application is installed, you will be prompted to login to the application.
    1. Login to the application with the Adobe ID you created when you received the registration email.

  5. Once you have successfully logged into the application, it is now ready for use.


Notes:
  1. Please check your "Junk" or "SPAM" folder for the Adobe registration email if you do not receive it within 15 minutes of your request being completed.
