Managed IT Software

To ensure a reliable and responsive support experience, we install two lightweight applications on your system: a remote support utility and a system maintenance and monitoring agent. These tools enable us to remotely access your computer—only when requested—and proactively monitor for potential issues before they become disruptions.

Depending on the scope of your support agreement, additional applications such as antivirus protection or backup solutions may also be installed.

Your privacy is a top priority. We will never access your system without your knowledge and consent. Furthermore, all remote sessions are fully logged and screen-captured for transparency. These logs can be requested at any time by the designated account owner by contacting us at help@theitexperience.com.

You may notice some of the following applications installed on your system. Please do not attempt to remove them, as doing so may impact our ability to properly support or maintain your systems:

  • Archon Agent

  • AutoElevate

  • HamachiVPN

  • Huntress Agent

  • NinjaRMMAgent

  • ScreenConnect Client (6ed4ddcxxxxxxxxx)

In addition to the installed applications, you may also notice agent icons located on your computer—most commonly within your taskbar near the system clock. These icons represent active services running in the background and are a normal part of the support tools we deploy. The icons you may see are shown below:
