VPN - Installing the CloudVPN Agent

In order to access network resources while outside of an office, a VPN client must be installed and configured.
In the event you are unable to access network resources while working remote, check here to ensure your VPN client is installed and powered on.

If you do not have the VPN client installed, IT can send you a direct link to download and install the client.
  1. Contact IT by submitting a Support Request
  2. The IT representative will send you a dedicated CloudVPN link that will download and configure the VPN app automatically
    1. The link will look similar to: "https://secure.logmein.com/hamachi/ih1.asp?lang=en&c=t1f224es42jri0rz70in2sodwf"
  3. Click on the link and follow the instructions to install the software. (Installation shown below)
    1. Power on the VPN to establish connectivity.
  4. The installation of this software is already approved for your company and does not require administrative privileges.
  5. Once the VPN is connected, try to connect to the required network resources once again.
