Data We Collect – Support Requests

If you need immediate assistance, please complete the support request form and a support agent will contact you as soon as possible.

When you submit a request, our support agent collects the following information to help our Support Team identify the issue efficiently:

• Currently logged-in user account
• Computer name and hardware identifiers
• Screenshots of your active screen and a limited history of recent actions, up to about 30 steps
• Network and Wi-Fi details including basic diagnostics
• Hardware status information
• Running processes
• Recent Event Viewer entries
• Recent website history
• Any custom data points your Support Team has configured for troubleshooting

The intent is to limit collection to what is necessary for accurate diagnosis.

If you have questions about what is collected or how it is used, contact us.
