Network Authentication - Network Password Sync
To ensure your network remains protected, you may be prompted to enter your computer password (credentials) to authenticate with your company network.
The notification is generated when the system detects your computer has not fully synced with the network in over 7 days. To force your computer to sync with the network our platform with generate a notification which requires action on your part.
The prompt you receive will look similar to the below image:
NOTE:
- When you receive the above prompt, please enter the password you use to login into your computer and then click the "OK" button.
- Failure to complete this sync will result in network access being disabled.
- The password you enter is not stored and remains encrypted.
REMINDER:
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Do not store or save your password in any non-approved platform such as chat (Teams/Slack) or email (Outlook)
- In the event you are working with a member of IT, you may be prompted to elevate your session in a secure Remote Access Control prompt so the IT representative can troubleshoot your issue. Do not share your password via chat.
