Microsoft365 - Outlook Client Setup

Note: If your organization has enabled MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) you must first configure this additional layer of security prior to setting up Outlook on your computer. Please review this Microsoft article for information regarding the setup of MFA.

To setup Outlook:
  1. Open the Outlook app on your computer

  2. When prompted enter in your email address and select "Connect"
    1. Enter your email address and click Connect.
  3. When prompted, enter in your Microsoft365 password then select "OK" and "Finish"
Once the above is completed, Outlook will add your Microsoft365 email account and begin to download any data from the Office365 tenant.
