Network Monitoring and I.T. Notifications

As a subscriber to our managed services, you are eligible receive automatic notifications of system issues/outages and planned maintenance. Along with these notifications, we also provide you the ability to monitor your network performance/uptime for all of your registered locations.

To subscribe to the network monitoring platform:
  1. Visit your dedicated networking monitoring page
    1. The networking monitoring website link is provided to you by your assigned technician. Please email help@theitexperience.com for your personalized company link.
  2. Once connected to your dedicated site, enter in the portal password (if applicable)
    1. This password is provided to you by your assigned technician. Please email help@theitexperience.com for your password
  3. Once logged in, you will see all of your registered locations uptime and live status
  4. To subscribe to updates and notifications, click the bell icon on the top right of the screen.

  5. Enter in your email and then select "Subscribe"

  6. This will generate a registration link to the email address you provided. Click "Confirm Subscription" to begin receiving email notifications of outages, planned maintenance and general I.T. alerts.

Notes:
  1. All emails will be come from "Uptime Robot" or " info@uptimerobot.com/ alert@uptimerobot.com"
  2. If you do not receive notifications/alerts or the registration email, please check your Junk/SPAM folder
