Clearing Web Browser Cache

In certain instances, websites may fail to load images/attachments or experience longer than normal loading times. To resolve these issues, you can clear your web browsers cache to resolve these types of issues. Instructions on how to clear the web cache of the three major web browsers can be found below:


Microsoft Edge

  1. In the Edge address bar, enter in or copy the following text: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Change "Time Range" to "All time"
  3. Select all options except "Passwords and other sign-in data" 
  4. Select "Clear data"
  5. Close and reopen your browser for changes to take effect.
    1. You may be prompted to log back into websites/applications. This is normal and by design as you will need to reauthenticate.
Google Chrome
  1. In the Chrome address bar, enter in or copy the following text: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Ensure "Advanced" is selected.
  3. Change "Time Range" to "All time"
  4. Select all options except "Passwords and other sign-in data" 
  5. Select "Clear data"
  6. Close and reopen your browser for changes to take effect.
    1. You may be prompted to log back into websites/applications. This is normal and by design as you will need to reauthenticate.
